I have no way to post pics but home not in bad shape. it is a 1969 Noma in a really nice, quiet park located about 2 miles south of Jefferson Regional Hospital in Hwy 61. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. We have done a lot of work to it and currently live in it. there is a window unit in the wall permanently in the living room. Electric bill with washer and a/c running this month only 109.00. Really only needs new carpet. the current carpet isn't bad though. i believe it is a 14 x 65. nice lot with lot of one side empty and home on other side (rental) is empty. our neighbors are awesome and most of my family actually lives in here. the landlords are great and couldn't ask for better. we need to relocate closer to fenton area for my husbands job. there are currently 4 of us and 2 dogs living here and it is comfortable. the dogs haven't torn up anything or gone to the bathroom in the house. they are house broke. we moved some things around and opened up the space quite a bit. it comes with stove, fridge, washer, dryer and window unit. have a clear title and are currently seeking a place to move to in the fenton area. willing to trade or swap. pad rent is $235.00 a month and that includes w/s/t and lawn mowing and weed eating. there is an on site manager. so, if you're intersted please email us. we can show it to you anytime. the only real draw back to this home, it only has the storm windows in it but again, even without regular windows, electric is cheap so they aren't too bad. it has a really nice new shed and deck on front. landscaped yard and garden areas for growing more palnts or a garden. we moved in it in march 2009.
